1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you receive the goods.
2. Return procedure
To request a return, please follow the steps below:

Receive return instructions: We will send you the necessary instructions for returning the product.
Pack the product: Make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging (tags still attached). Include all associated accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Send the product back: Please return the product using the appropriate instructions.
3. Return costs
The costs for returning are for the account of the customer, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly. In that case, an appropriate solution will be offered.
4. Exceptions
Some products are excluded from returns:
- Products that are specially made to measure or personalized.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as lingerie or swimwear) if the seal has been broken.
5. Refund
After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective or damaged, you must report this to us within 7 days of receipt.
